Top of the Citi by Chef Jessie is an executive fine dining restaurant located at the 34th floor of the Citibank Tower. It’s known for its French-inspired dishes, but the best part of the restaurant is really its 360-degree breathtaking view of Makati.

2. APARTMENT 1B

Apartment 1B, Salcedo Village, Makati

Apartment 1B is the place to go to for gourmet comfort food that is well-executed and flavorful. It’s particularly popular to locals during breakfast. We’re very fond of their french onion soup, buffalo wings, and beef burger with swiss cheese, mushrooms, and onions. if you have room, try the turtle pie for dessert.

Located at G/F One Layafette Square, Leviste corner Sedeno St., Salcedo Village, Makati City

3. TERRY’S Selection

Terry's Selections, Salcedo Village, Makati

Terry’s Selections is a restaurant/deli located right next to Apartment 1B. The food is fantastic and best classified as European continental cuisine. We cannot get enough of the Chuletillas de Cordero (baby lamb cutlets accompanied by Piquillo peppers, stuffed with Asturian smoked black sausage). Check out the deli as well, they source food selections from all over Europe.

I tried Elbert’s once because of all the write-ups that I read. I never went back. The steak was so-so and the service was lousy. Definitely not worth the hype.
